The issue at the same time of new 4 and 15 ore stamps points to alterations or additions to the Bypost charges. Nos.13-15.
No.16 thick paper. New design of No.10. In this stamp the figure 2 is narrow and has a short tail, in No.10 the figure is broad and had a long tail.
