April 1887 – Provisional issue. Nos.3 and 4 surcharged 1 and 2 respectively in black to new values 1 and 2 ore. No.5 blue surcharge this 1. No.6 red surcharge short and this 2 with straight foot. Overprint doubled on 2nd stamp.
